If a picture tells a thousand words, then I anticipate you are able to identify at least twenty-five of the thousand words – nature lover, especially birds; dog lover; perhaps book lover or maybe author;  perhaps even adventurer at least when it comes to mountains, and maybe you would even say a warm smile.

Before I introduce more of myself, let me say I appreciate YOU!  Thank YOU for visiting my website.

Even if you and I don’t end up engaging in a conversation, our paths still crossed, and may something you see or read offer you inspiration, encouragement, support, or simply in the brief moments you stopped to visit “about” me, you felt seen, heard, and valued.

Because that is definitely an “about” me, Christine.  I am the person who, when traveling on an airplane, looks and listens for the person who could use a note saying keep being you; know that you made a difference in my life today.   Or when I am in a grocery store, and someone is lost in thought at a shelf near an item I am planning to reach for, and I patiently wait sensing the person could use a moment’s reprieve from the treadmill of life without a hurried excuse me.

Our basic humanness. To feel seen, heard, and valued. That is one of the “about” me traits you receive from me as a leadership and life coach, mentor, reframed story narratives teacher, listening instructor, word weaver, friend, family member, or human.

In the spirit of simplicity – which I may say is hard to do when one is also a word weaver – i.e., LOVES the power of words and storytelling! – I will offer you these three things you receive working with me

-unconditional listening and presence

-meeting you where you are at on YOUR journey

-your stories reframed to enable you to flourish in continual uncertainty and constant change

I work with individuals who are onboarding into new roles of responsibility because though I can’t walk in your shoes in any transition you are experiencing, my seventeen experiences making transitions into new roles gives me an understanding and an appreciation for managing through the rewards and challenges of the change.

To that, I also work with these individuals and their new teams (if relevant with new role) so that strong connections and cohesive teamwork in formed.

I work with organizations who wish to transform their cultures to be an integration of leadership of the mind with a mindful heart. Focus areas include mindful practices to manage uncertainty and continual change, listening, building community, and foresight.

I work with individuals who are experiencing a personal shift within, a feeling of cracking open – and sometimes cracking apart – who could use a mentor to walk beside their metamorphosis journey.    Another inability to walk in your shoes, but I. See you. I hear you. From my own deeply crack open journey that included a significant impact with my body, I will be honored to offer what I have learned that it can aid you on your own life-changing shift.

If you would like to learn more or simply say hello, please contact me.

I look forward to talking with YOU!
