If a picture tells a thousand words, then I anticipate you are able to identify at least twenty-five of the thousand words – nature lover, especially birds; dog lover; perhaps book lover or maybe author; perhaps even adventurer at least when it comes to mountains, and maybe you would even say a warm smile.
Before I introduce more of myself, let me say I appreciate YOU! Thank YOU for visiting my website.
Even if you and I don’t end up engaging in a conversation, our paths still crossed, and may something you see or read offer you inspiration, encouragement, support, or simply in the brief moments you stopped to visit “about” me, you felt seen, heard, and valued.
Because that is definitely an “about” me, Christine. I am the person who, when traveling on an airplane, looks and listens for the person who could use a note saying keep being you; know that you made a difference in my life today. Or when I am in a grocery store, and someone is lost in thought at a shelf near an item I am planning to reach for, and I patiently wait sensing the person could use a moment’s reprieve from the treadmill of life without a hurried excuse me.
Our basic humanness. To feel seen, heard, and valued. That is one of the “about” me traits you receive from me as a teacher, leadership and life coach, word weaver, friend, colleague, or human.
In the words of Margaret Wheately regarding our “paths of contribution”, I aspire to contribute with unconditional listening and presence, to compassionately meet you where you are at on YOUR journey, and to inspire flourishing in continual uncertainty and constant change.
I am certain the word weaver in me – i.e. the one who loves words! could write so much more, but I am also aspiring to contribute with simplicity so I will simply say if you would like to learn more or simply say hello, please contact me.
I look forward to talking with YOU!
